Laymen

VINCO  BRETHREN  LAYMEN

The Laymen meet the second Tuesday of every month. The Vinco Laymen organization is open to all men in the church and community who desire to live the life that God has called Christian men to fulfill. We strive to honor God with our life and to be the best Father’s, Grandfather’s, Husbands, or Single-Men that we can be. We believe that God has calls his men to be spiritual leaders in both the home and church.

Several ways in which we serve is by sponsoring a church picnic in the summer and a Christmas banquet that is in support of the widow and widowers of the church. The Laymen’s group also serves by supporting the Loss Creek Kentucky Mission and helps by providing transportation of the items down to the school. We also help by giving to Camp Peniel and other worthwhile causes that come up during the year.

We are always looking for men who want to honor God with their lives. If that is you come out to our meetings each month. Normally we have a guest speaker each month so the topic is always changing. We follow the meeting with desserts. We are always looking for new ideas and ways to serve God so bring them with you and join us in Christian fellowship.
